The 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN) draw is just around the corner, scheduled to take place on January 15, 2025.
The event will be hosted at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) in Nairobi, Kenya, and will commence at 8 PM EAT.

The draw will feature 18 teams, including co-hosts Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania, as well as defending champions Senegal and two-time winners Morocco.
The teams will be seeded based on their performances in the last three CHAN editions (2018, 2020, and 2022).
Here’s a breakdown of the pots:
– *Pot 1*: Co-hosts Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania, alongside defending champions Senegal and two-time winners Morocco.
– *Pot 2*: Guinea, Zambia, Madagascar, Rwanda, and Sudan.
– *Pot 3*: Mauritania, Niger, Congo, Angola, Burkina Faso, Nigeria, Central African Republic, and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
