AC Milan secured a thrilling 2-1 victory over Juventus in the Italian Super Cup semifinals, held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Juventus took the lead in the first half, thanks to Kenan Yıldız’s stunning goal, but AC Milan fought back in the second half.
Christian Pulisic equalized for AC Milan from the penalty spot in the 71st minute, and just five minutes later, Juventus defender Federico Gatti scored an own goal, sealing the win for Sergio Conceicao’s men.
This victory sets up a Derby clash in the Italian Super Cup final, where the Rossoneri will face Inter Milan on Monday.
Inter Milan has won the last three Super Cups, so AC Milan will be looking to break their rivals’ dominance.
It was he first game under new AC Milan manager Sérgio Conceição following the sacking of Paulo Fonseca.

Conceição, a Portuguese coach, signed a two-year deal with the Rossoneri until June 2026.
Fonseca, who was in charge for just six months, was shown the exit after a 1-1 draw with Roma, with the team struggling to maintain consistent form and sitting eighth in the league.
During his tenure, the team won just seven of their 17 league matches and were already eight points away from fourth-placed Lazio and UEFA Champions League qualification.
Conceição was without a job since leaving Porto in the summer, but boasts an impressive record, having won 11 trophies in his seven-year tenure at Porto, including three league titles.
AC Milan will be hoping that Conceição can turn their season around and bring success to the club.
